Wet-chemical baths are utilized for various process steps in modern solar cell production. Wet chemical processes are the standard in procedures for texturing, cleaning wafers, and removing PSG. Detailed understanding of processes and precise knowledge of wet chemical solutions’ chemical composition form the basis for reliable process control. The GP MINI-LAB precisely and simply analyzes almost all chemical compositions in the wet chemical baths used in acid texturing processes for solar cell production.
