Optimizing production processes
We at GP Solar Inspect systematically pursue the goal of continuously improving production processes by developing innovative measurement technology. Our key areas of development for laboratory equipment are silicon wafer, solar cell, and solar panel production optimization. Through a combination of different measurement techniques (resistance, IV measurement, spectral response, etc.) we enable fine tuned optimization of processes and procedures.
Inline measurement technology from GP Inspect
Together with GP Inspect GmbH, GP Solar in Munich researches and develops new techniques for inline measurement in photovoltaic production. We concentrate solely on 100% process and quality control. The systems we develop can be integrated perfectly into the production line and ensure the greatest precision and safety in fully automated production.

Our team of researchers is comprised of measurement technology experts along with software and hardware developers and works closely with process technologists from our cell technology division. Measuring systems which are adapted to new kinds of production processes can be developed and tested directly at our Konstanz facility.
